India, Estonia Discuss Expanding Cooperation in Trade, Digital Technology and Cyber Security

New Delhi : Union Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal held productive discussions with Margus Tsahkna, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Estonia, focusing on strengthening bilateral cooperation across key sectors.

The two leaders exchanged views on expanding India-Estonia ties in trade, investment, digital transformation, cyber security, and emerging technologies. The discussions highlighted opportunities to deepen collaboration in areas driven by innovation and technology.

Minister Goyal also discussed the new possibilities emerging from the successful conclusion of India-European Union Free Trade Agreement (India-EU FTA) negotiations and explored ways to leverage the agreement for greater economic engagement.

The meeting reaffirmed the shared commitment of both nations to enhance partnerships, promote innovation-led growth, and create new avenues for businesses and industries in India and Estonia.
